Guests enjoy 2 private bedrooms, their very own private bathroom with a shower and a bath, the toilet being separate from the bathroom as well as a second toilet down stairs. Guests have access to shared living spaces; kitchen, living, dining, laundry, balcony and outdoors. Whilst the host lives on-site in a separate private room with ensuite. There are 3 different shared living spaces for relaxation, where guests are able to spread out and be comfortable. This is a comfortable, host-occupied home ideal for couples, small families or friends looking for a relaxed coastal stay - and Just PERFECT for all our Solo Traveler's looking for a place to explore and plan their next steps! Bedroom allocation is based on guest numbers. One bedroom is provided for 1-2 guests. A second bedroom is allocated for bookings of 3-4 guests. If you have a 5th guest joining the very comfortable Ecosa sofa bed will be set up, with sheets provided!

Sunshine Bay is a beautiful little coastal suburb. You will be well positioned - walking distance to a couple of beaches and walking tracks. Spoiled by choice to a number of breathtaking beaches, with just a short drive away. Close to Bateman's Bay shops, cafe's, restaurants, Surf Beach cafe and local shops.
