Lovely studio apartment / guest house with separate, private and secure entrance. Enjoy a beautiful ensuite shower bathroom and a kitchenette with combo oven/microwave, coffee machine, mini fridge, induction hot plate and all cutlery and crockery. The king size bed can be separated into two long singles. A portable washing machine is available upon request. All bed linen and towels are provided. Access from French doors to private garden courtyard with outdoor seating, fire pit and gas barbecue.
I built the Sandpiper Studio for family and friends to come and visit. Since deciding to open it up to hosting, I’ve enjoyed the vast variety of guests that have stayed!
Quiet cul de sac in residential area. Plenty of free street parking available. 9 minute walk to beautiful seaside park with picnic and bbq facilities. 12 minute walk to local shops including bakery cafe, bottle shop and grocery store.
