***Booking Payment Terms*** A 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of placing your booking.  The final balance will be charged to your credit card 28 days prior to your arrival.  Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 30 days before your arrival.  Please refer to your confirmation email! Soak in Sea View Serenity at The Sea Star. This two-storey, contemporary waterfront home is beautifully furnished throughout and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, with no shortage of mod-cons to ensure your comfort no matter which season you visit in.  Upstairs you'll find the heart of the house, with an expansive open-plan kitchen, living and dining space and the sumptuous balcony. This is perhaps where you will spend most of your time when you're not exploring all the area has to offer you. Simply sit back and relax with a glass of your favourite Wine in hand and watch the world go by you. The full-length windows let floods of light in and provide a wonderful sunny spot to curl up on the sofa in the afternoons, and of course offer stunning views overlooking the stunning St. Vincent, Gulf. To ensure year-round comfort there is ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning to all rooms, but you'll enjoy opening up the sliding doors to let the sea breeze in. The golden sands and turquoise waters are practically on your doorstep. Simply stroll across the Esplanade and down the stairs to a secluded part of the beach where you can explore the reef rock-pools when the tides out. Or load up the car for a day trip and head to the drive on access point just a 2- minute drive away. If you are visiting in Summer, you can enjoy a front row seat for the Tour Down Under all from the comfort of the balcony.
