Property info

Splash Apartments features two boutique apartment complexes (built in 2017 & 2024). The apartments are located on the first and second level of the buildings. On the ground level, there are 4 shops including a hairdresser, nail salon, and beautician. All apartments are spacious, lift-operated and include private balconies, some with views of Semaphore Road and the beach. The apartments have been built to a high standard, with most featuring both a front and rear balcony, and all bedrooms having windows to allow natural light and ventilation. Double and triple glazed windows are used throughout for noise and thermal insulation. All apartments are non-smoking and have reverse cycle air conditioning. Each apartment has its own laundry with both washer and dryer. Secure access to the apartments is via a key card with free on-site parking available at the rear of the property. Wi-Fi is available free-of-charge in both the common areas and inside the apartments.

Neighborhood info

Semaphore Splash is situated in one of Adelaide's premier seaside main-street locations, next to the Odeon Star cinema and amongst a variety of restaurants, cafes and take-away outlets, with an adjacent supermarket and many local amenities. A stroll to the popular beach is only 300 metres away. The nearby historic Port Adelaide precinct has multiple attractions, including museums (maritime, railway and aviation), a weekend market, a dolphin observatory and ferry cruises along the Port River. The Westfield West Lakes Shopping Centre is accessible by public transport and is only a 5 minute drive away. The Adelaide City centre is also accessible by pubic transport and is a 25 minute drive away. Semaphore hosts many events each year, including the Greek Festival in January, Adelaide's most popular street-fair hosted in November, the music festival in October, the Kite festival in April as well as twilight markets in summer. Semaphore is fast becoming one of Adelaide's premier seaside locations, competing with Glenelg in popularity.
