Perfectly situated on the stunning shores of Shoal Bay, this spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath, second floor apartment has tranquil views over the waters of beautiful Port Stephens. Sleeps 4 ONLY - Bedroom 1 is made up of a comfortable queen bed while bedroom 2 can be made up with 2 x long single beds or 1 x king bed. ALL LINEN AND BATH TOWELS SUPPLIED. Beds will be made ready for your arrival. There is air-conditioning available in the kitchen, dining and living. Celling fans in the bedrooms. This apartment is full service with all linen, blankets, pillows, bath towels/mats, face washers, tea towels, bath and kitchen amenities provided.
Jay and Jody love hosting and take pleasure in providing guests with an excellent beach stay experience in Nelson Bay. As your host, we will be available via Booking app, text or email. We are not far away should there be an emergency that requires our attention.
There is 1 x car space within the unit complex. On street parking also available. Lock up single garage (7m x 3m) available upon request (fees apply). Suits 1 small car, bikes, paddle boards, kayaks or jet skis. Could fit a small boat (fees apply). Easy walking to most attractions. Lots of space with large grassy area between the unit and the beach ideal for outdoor games like cricket and touch football.
