Shaws Road Winery B&B is set in an idyllic rural setting, 45 minutes from Melbourne, and is a fully self-contained one-bedroom luxury apartment with a private entrance on the first floor of the winery farmhouse. A hamper of breakfast items is provided together with a complimentary bottle of our estate wine. There are panoramic views of vineyards, nearby farms and the distant Kinglake Ranges. Only 15 minutes drive to the world famous Yarra Valley wineries, eateries and the Chocolaterie. Great cafes nearby!
We are Jan (artist, gardener, wife of the winemaker) and George (winemaker, engineer and farmer). We have a beautiful winery in the rural Yarra Valley region outside Melbourne, Australia.
We are only a few minutes by car away from the rural hamlets of St Andrews and Hurstbridge both of which have great coffee shops, bakeries, wine bars and restaurants. The famous St Andrews Market is held every Saturday morning so you can stock up on delicious food and also at the St Andrews Bakery with its vintage wood-fired oven. There are several excellent boutique wineries nearby open every weekend, including our own.
