Front row location in Wye River, on the reknown Iluka Avenue. Perched on the hill between Wye River and Separation Creek, Southpoint enjoys immersive views of the ocean and 180 degree coastline views of the Great Ocean Road. Taking in the line of sky, ocean, waves, and the rockpools below. Paddy's Path runs along between the boundary of the property and the Great Ocean Road, and is a scenic walking path linking Wye River and Separation Creek. At low tide, there is access to walk on the beach between the two hamlets, and the rockpools make a great place to swim too.
