1770 Sovereign Lodge Retreat is a small, relaxed property in the heart of the Town of 1770, just a 1-minute walk from the beach, local restaurants, the park, and the marina for water activities and tours. The lodge features four self-contained suites with a simple, coastal feel and touches of Balinese-inspired décor. Each suite includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, a flat-screen TV, and WiFi access (available in most rooms). Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool with sun loungers, a BBQ area with outdoor seating, and a shared deck area with glimpses of the estuary and ocean. Our location makes us an ideal base for exploring 1770, Agnes Water, and the Southern Great Barrier Reef. Boat cruises to Lady Musgrave Island and other activities can be organized directly with local operators at the nearby marina. Agnes Water town center is just a 5-minute drive.
