This beautiful cottage situated on a spacious 1656m2 allotment and has a unique historic ambience of yesteryear. As you enter this quaint cottage a warm and homely feel is immediately evident. The home comprises of 3 good size bedrooms, the master having floor to ceiling built in robes and free standing robes in the other 2 bedrooms. The cozy lounge with imitation fireplace has you curling up with that new novel. The family room is a feature of this home and if you have a family you will love staying here. French timber doors open out onto the patio/pergola area. The kitchen is spacious and has an electric wall oven and cook top and the bathroom has separate shower, toilet and vanity. The outside has established gardens, sheds and a carport. This cottage must for that holiday stay in Moonta Quilts and pillows supplied - please bring your own bed linen and towels

We have long links with the Copper Triangle with Sharon living in Wallaroo Mines until 1988 and Mark, partly growing up in Moonta. We were married in Kadina in 1988. We have owned a property some years ago in East Moonta which we sold in 2002.
