Also located on the 1st level you will find a large master bedroom with queen bed with a sitting area, large ensuite with walk-in robe, shower, toilet and a large vanity. The ground level has a spacious second lounge room consisting of a 1 x 3 and 1 x 2 seater couches, large LCD TV, DVD player, reverse cycle air conditioning, games, books & DVD library and coffee table. From the lounge area there is direct access to 4 bedrooms (3 x queens and 2 x bunks) with large main bathroom with separate shower, bath, toilet and a large vanity. The laundry is located on the ground level and consists of a front-loading washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and indoor/outdoor clothes hoist. There is a large two car garage with an electric operating door and direct access into the house and backyard.
