She manages the day-to-day operations of our holiday let portfolio with professionalism and care. • Gaye – Residential Property Manager Gaye brings dedication and expertise to the management of our long-term rental properties, ensuring tenants and owners receive attentive, professional service. Whether you’re planning your next holiday or need a reliable team to manage your investment property, you’re in excellent hands with Premium Realty. We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we will charge a security bond of 500AUD the day before check in. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded (this does not include the 1.5% surcharge fee) PET FEE 30 aud per night per pet Dogs must be kept outside as they are not allowed inside.

Additionally, a media room offers a cozy spot for movie nights or quiet relaxation. Downstairs bedroom consist of 1 queen bed and a bathroom. Luxurious Accommodations Upstairs, you'll find the Master bedroom complete with an ensuite bathroom and another lounge area. This lounge shares a large balcony, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the canal. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also located upstairs, one consists of 1 queen bed, and the other a double/single bunk combination along with a single bed, plus a modern main bathroom. The home is equipped with ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, ensuring your comfort in all seasons. Boater's Paradise - PLEASE SEE BELOW REGARDING THE CANAL For boating enthusiasts, the property features drive-through access to park your boat, trailer or jet ski equipment and a pontoon to moor your boat, making it easy to explore the waterways at your leisure. Sunset Shores is ideally situated just 200 meters from the Bongaree waterfront. A variety of cafes, restaurants, the Bribie Bowls Club, and the local RSL are all within a 2-kilometer walk. Take advantage of the many waterfront walkways and immerse yourself in the tranquil ambiance of Bribie Island.

Pre-Order Platter Service For a special touch to your stay with us, we offer a pre-order service of meat, seafood, savoury and breakfast platters. These must be ordered three business days prior to your arrival. Please note there will be no weekend deliveries. Your selected platter will be freshly prepared with local produce and waiting in the fridge for you upon check-in—an effortless way to begin your stay.
