IMPORTANT rules: be mindful of water usage,don't let kids waste water with hose outside. 3 point parking is not permitted, will damage the driveaway. Don't flus wipes or papaer towel in the toilette the pump system will stop working causing blockage, only toilette papaer is ment to be flush in the toilette.

Neighbours are lovely friendly people, please be mindful and descrete, they are long time residents and we like to be kind and espectuful. Please dont run up and down common driveaway, locals will use this space as well. SCOOTERS AND BIKES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON STEEP DRIVEAWAY, PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON CHILDREN IS VERY DANGEROUS AND SLIPPERY.
