Retreat into the picturesque seclusion and tranquillity that The Edgewater Bed and Breakfast has to offer. Located in peaceful Sanctuary Point, about a two and a half hour drive south of Sydney in St Georges Basin, the Edgewater is situated along the bay providing stunning panoramic water views from the secluded backyard. The beautifully architectured Edgewater features four newly furnished, spacious and contemporary rooms. Each room has a king sized bed, digital television, a lounge chairs and their own ensuite with spa bath and separate shower. The living area is the perfect place to cosy up next to the open gas fire after a day of sightseeing what the local area has to offer. For breakfast you will be spoilt for choice and can enjoy your freshly cooked meal while admiring the bayside views.
Graham & Christine Sturgiss have been operating The Edgewater B&B since July 2014. Prior to this we had over twenty successful years in retail industry, with a strong focus on customer service we are well placed to provide a memorable stay for our guests.
Sanctuary Point on the south coast of NSW is surrounded by beaches & saltwater lakes. The body of water in question is St George's Basin, into which Sanctuary Point juts. It is also close to the beaches of Jervis Bay. The nearest town is Huskisson, around 10 minutes away, which has large selection of restaurants, Clubs, retail stores and tourist activities such as whale watching, kayak hire and even Stand Up Paddle board lessons. The main industries are dairy farming and tourism. The area enjoys an average maximum temperature of 22.5 degrees celcius with an average daily minimum of 11.7.
