Ski Kaos have been in the Aussie snow holiday business since 1989 but only listed here since 2019. We mainly offer Thredbo & Jindabyne holiday apartments. We offer discounted ski & snowboard hire and clothing hire as well. We also offer our own bus & accommodation packages for select dates. ***SECURITY BOND*** Property bookings require a damage deposit of AUD 500. This is almost always a credit card pre-authorisation processed the day prior to your arrival (a “pre-auth” is not the same as a charge). The “pre-auth” will auto-release about 4 - 10 working days later (assuming no problems). We can make other arrangements if you do not have a credit card.

Spacious budget 1-bedroom flat, ideally located in the middle of Thredbo Village. The Granny Flat is a budget property but well maintained and very functional. It features a new kitchenette, two TVs, DVD/CD, underfloor heating, dining table & chairs, and has WiFi throughout. There is a bathroom with separate toilet and a great sauna. ****** The new kitchenette features: dishwasher, fridge, sink, electric frypan, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and a toaster. There are plenty of plates, pans, cutlery & cookware. There are no laundry facilities or drying-room, but the “ante-room area” off the main room is a great place to dry wet ski gear & it has a dehumidifier which does a neat job. ****** Thredbo’s huge free overnight car parks are only 250metres level walk away. You can easily load/unload out front, but the parking space out is not for this property. ****** The bedroom has a Queen and a single. Living room also has a fold-out double sofa bed plus a regular sofa. Note the bedroom has only a small window that looks out under the external stairs, it’s really just there to let natural light. ****** Sheets, pillow cases & towels are not included. You can bring your own, or you can pay extra for made up beds & towels. There is emergency linen at the property. Beds all have doonas, pillows and mattress protectors. ******
