Downstairs you’ll find a cosy king bedroom; upstairs, a spacious loft with a second king bed, simple sofa bed & second living space. Also downstairs, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, open-plan living/dining & outdoor BBQ space. This charming stay blends the warmth of Oatlands' Georgian history with the comfort of modern finishes - perfect for families, couples, or small groups exploring Tasmania’s Midlands. * Two Bedrooms: One cosy king bedroom on the ground floor and a spacious loft king bedroom/second living area upstairs. * Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and tea/coffee station. * Bathroom & Laundry: Shower, vanity, washer, and dryer. * Living & Dining Area: Large open-plan lounge/dining area downstairs. * Loft: The second bedroom forms part of the light-filled, open-plan loft. * Outdoor Space: Relax on the veranda or enjoy a barbecue in the backyard. * Parking: There is no on site parking but there is plenty of free public street parking both on High Street out the front of the property and nearby Church Street.
