Sunschmidt Better Home This is a buisness that originally started off pushing lawn mowers and with years of hard work and dedication we have finally bought our first holiday rental to the market. We spent a lot of years with this in planning stages and over the last 12 months we landed on a platform that we hope will stand out above the rest and that is why we bought you the smart Google home. Our small company is run by myself and my wife. We have been in business and marriage together for 10 years. Times have been tough I'm sure you can understand but with all that effort came success. Once again, the have a go attitude paid off. We are very proud of what we are building together and put everything we have into it. We feel that our Smart holiday rental needs a category all of its own.

The smart Retreat is the Blue Mountains first Google home available as a holiday rental. The Smart Retreat is home to over 150 smart devices to make your stay as relaxing as possible. With voice control technology at the tip of your tongue in every room of the house. It truly is one of a kind. Listing all the devices isn't possible here, but I will do my best to give you a good idea of what the house can do. We want to bring a house to the holiday home market that stood out above the rest, and I believed we achieved this with an array of smart devices that integrate with google so you can ask Google to turn the lights on and off. This feature is attached to every light throughout the house, and I mean every light. This also includes all the garden lighting. The garden alone features approx. 20 different lights and fountains All the power points can be made voice activated well as we had every single one changed, however we then decided that smart devices are more practical, so the power points act as Wi-Fi extenders to a degree. The bedrooms are voice activated, you can ask Google to operate the TV's the electric blankets the heaters the fans and more. We have built a fully interactive room for the kids that even comes with Nano tiles and stars that are all controlled by google. The main bathroom is voice controlled as well, you can even ask Google to turn the shower on and off. There is also voice activated heaters lights mirrors and fans. The living room has a smart projector and a touch panel control smart lounge. We done our best to build you a cinema. The kitchen has the most impressive smart device in my eyes, but we want you to decide for yourself when you stay. That said the kitchen is home to the smart tap, all the sinks through the house have smart motions taps but the kitchen tap will wash your hands if you ask Google. The kitchen tap will fill the kettle to the max fill line if you ask Google. The kitchen tap can be programmed for any voice command.
