Full time tenants and co hosts live above in main original beach style house are beautiful people who are very respectful of our guests. However with a unit of this style you will hear their footsteps when at home and moving around so if you are noise sensitive we suggest you do not book as your comfort is our main priority The flat is super cosy and gives you a hug as you walk in. Guest often comment on how comfy and welcome they feel from the second they walk in the door. Super cute with its own fully equipped kitchen and private entry. Air Conditioned The little flat has two private entries and off street parking at the front of it (uncovered) What it lacks in size we make up for with all the extra little things it provides. Sue and Mark have hosted this little Grannyflat for over 10 years now and enjoy sharing it with guests. It was once their special little holiday getaway on the coast they shared however now they live on the coast its open more often for their valued guests. Sue and Mark love hosting and taking care of the little things guest could need while staying in the tiny flat. They love to travel themselves. Sailing scuba diving and Mark is an avid competitive water skier.

The main house that that flat is under is at the base of Emu Mountain at the North End of Coolum Beach we are 1.2Km along David Low way to the first beach entry point. We have the bus stop about 100m away and the bike path into town. We provide free beach bikes for our guests to get in and out of town. Emu Mountain is a great for a quick easy hike up with amazing views The full time tenants/co hosts upstairs in the main house are always happy to help if you have any questions. We are about 25min to Noosa and buses go all the time along David Low Way to get you to where you want to be on the coast if you do not have a car.
