We’ve happily called Albury home for the past 12 years, raising our two energetic boys and our Boxer dog. We love everything this beautiful region has to offer—from charming nearby towns to the Hume Weir, snowfields and wineries, all right on our doorstep! Treetops Escape is a very spacious, charming older-style home set among the trees, featuring high ceilings, Murray pine floors and beautiful gardens with relaxing treetop entertaining areas. With plenty of room to spread out, it’s ideal for larger groups and can comfortably accommodate up to two families as well as tradespeople or professionals working in the area. Enjoy outdoor dining, a BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for a peaceful escape in nature. BEDROOMS The home offers four generous bedrooms, with three upstairs (all with queen beds) and a large downstairs room with a queen bed and two single beds—ideal as a second family space or kids’ retreat. KITCHEN & LIVING The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need while the spacious living area provides a comfortable place to relax with TV, books or board games. BATHROOMS & LAUNDRY There are two bathrooms including a main bathroom with bath and shower plus a second bathroom combined with a laundry equipped with a washing machine, iron and drying space. OUTDOORS Enjoy the expansive, multi-level gardens with plenty of seating, undercover areas and a large alfresco space with BBQ—perfect for entertaining or unwinding among the treetops. COMFORTS Linen and towels are provided with ducted heating and cooling for year-round comfort. ACCESS & PARKING Access is via keypad entry. Stairs lead to the main living area with ramp access available if needed. Parking is available in the shared driveway and carport (right-hand side, max 2 cars). Please keep the driveway clear at all times. PETS Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please provide your pet’s own bedding, food and bowls and clean up after your pet (a pooper scooper is provided outside the laundry). The property accommodates up to 10 guests.

There are some great bush walking tracks and literally on your door step is the Flora and Fauna Reserve and Nail Can Hill. A short walk away is the Monument and not too far away - Wonga Wetlands and Yinyamarra Sculpture Walk. In just 5 minutes you can be back on the main routes via the B58 Riverina Highway which leads to M31, Hume Highway. This can take you to Sydney, Canberra or Melbourne directions or closer by to Beechworth for some history, the snowfields for Falls Creek, Mount Buffalo or Mount Beauty or Rutherglen for the wineries.
