LINEN NOT PROVIDED - Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. A Deposit is required at time of making booking There is a Three Hundred refundable bond that will be added to your booking when office staff process it. This will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems. VENTNOR RISE is a spacious 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests, with a large rear deck, hooded BBQ and outdoor setting. Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric stove and microwave, dining, lounge with reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, TV with HDMI input, DVD, ceiling fan. Main bedroom with ensuite, main bathroom with vanity, shower and separate w/c, laundry with front load washing machine.  Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Small TV in one of the single bedrooms. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 singles, bed 4 - 2 singles. Fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for parking and the boat. garage not for use No smoking inside NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond CANCELLATION POLICY- more than 30 days before arrival-full refund / within 30 days of arrival no refund except cleaning fee and security deposit.
