A large Screen Smart TV upstairs Microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and stove top in Kitchen Smaller TV for the kids in second downstairs living area. Second bathroom with bath/ shower and extra separate toilet downstairs with Second bedroom with 2nd Queen bed and Third bedroom with 2 Bunk beds, pedestal fans in downstairs bedrooms. Also includes a Washing machine in laundry Shared pool with three other units and BBQ. Limited 1 Car Bay Parking. One parking bay per unit (No parking on lawns due to reticulation) The unit has stairs (No baby gates) 1.
