Country cottage 3 bedroom house that can sleep 6 guests in two double rooms with the third room having two single beds. There is a modern bathroom with double shower heads. Enjoy sitting on the front verandah with a coffee or wine. Enjoy the entire house and yard to yourself in a quiet street close to all that Cootamundra has to offer. It is walking distance to sporting fields and the town centre.

Cootamundra is know for many things including the Cootamundra Wattle Tree, the birth place of Sir Donald Bradman, Historic buildings, Agriculture and wonderful food and wine in surrounding close towns such as Young, Junee, Wagga Wagga and more.
