Whether you’re planning your next holiday or need a reliable team to manage your investment property, you’re in excellent hands with Premium Realty. We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we will charge a security bond of 300AUD the day before check in. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded (this does not include the 1.5% surcharge fee)

This beautiful holiday apartment boasts 3 good sized bedrooms, all air conditioned and with built in wardrobes. Bedroom one includes a queen size bed and its own private balcony overlooking the park and beach. The second bedroom has a double bed and third bedroom has 2 single beds. All linen will be provided for your stay including bath and beach towels for each guest. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and water is all provided to start you off. These must be ordered three business days prior to your arrival. Please note there will be no weekend deliveries.
