Karen is the founder and business owner of Waterfront Holiday Houses Pty Ltd in Yarrawonga. WHH manage 34 properties in Yarrawonga, Mulwala, Woodlands and Bundalong. Karen has lived in the Murray River region all her life - she loves golf, wake boarding and the beautiful fresh produce on offer in the region (wine, cider, coffee, olives, salt bush lamb - just to name a few) Karen is an accredited Murray River Tourism Ambassador and she loves hosting guests and showcasing what the region has on offer, to ensure they have the best time possible.

Woodbine Waters is a stunning newly built holiday rental on the banks of the beautiful Murray River. This property offers, quality, style, all the comforts of home and a peaceful waterfront location, just minutes from Yarrawonga. Electric heated swimming pool (November through to March). On average between 26º and 29º. Plenty of on-site parking for cars and boats. The double garage has been converted into a games room with a Pinball Machine – Last Action Hero, Foosball Table and Billiard Table. Huge alfresco area with BBQ, outdoor fridge, dining and relaxing lake views. There is a permanent pontoon for boat mooring. BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS: • Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ensuite • Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed • Guest Bedroom 3: King bed (or 2 singles) • Guests Bedroom 4: King bed (or 2 singles) Upon request a double divan is available in the second lounge for 2 additional children (extra charges apply). Woodbine Waters will be perfect for a girls weekend away: a wedding party: a guys weekend away fishing or golfing or families holidaying together – it will be your perfect holiday house experience! Please note: Prices are based on 8 guests in the 4 bedrooms. Extra charges apply for the divans. NO PARTIES, NO anti-social, disrespectful behaviour. No more than 8 single guests permitted (ie 12 male golfers not permitted - sorry, too noisey!) No tents, no camping.
