A unique, small penthouse on the 9th floor - a little romantic paradise, with a panoramic 270° view of the ocean and the largest dune reserve in Belgium. Ideal for a weekend of cycling, hiking, gastronomy, romance, yoga, beach sailing, connecting with nature and yourself and your partner, and refreshing your body and mind. You will be thrilled by the 45m² terrace with sun all day long: view of the sunrise in the east, overlooking the dunes in the south, and the sunset horizon in the west - you can spend hours there with breakfast, yoga, lunch, aperitif and dinner. The kitchen is equipped with all the equipment for cooking. Do you love the beach? There is a dune path next to the building that takes you directly to the sand and the water, and you are 400 meters away from the beach sailing club RSYC. For home workers: you can use my docking station (with USB C connector) and a large PC screen. WARNING: 1. You must bring your own sheets (180x200 and 160x200) and bedding, and your own towels for the bathroom. Duvets and pillows are provided for the 2 beds. 2. Guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment clean upon check-out (a cordless vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies and plastic bin bags are provided). The apartment is thoroughly cleaned every time I personally stay there, plus every Friday, but it is logistically too complex to arrange sheets and cleaning after every booking.

Dear guest, Every day I spend in my apartment gives me energy, peace, joy and pleasure: inviting friends for breakfast at sunrise, doing yoga on the terrace, organizing brunches, aperitifs or dinners at sunset, beach sailing, walking in the dunes, or taking a bike ride in the beautiful surroundings next to the rivers and fields. It is a little paradise... And although I probably don't know you personally, I hope you will find just as much energy and joy being there, 9 high in the sky.

De Panne is an old royal beach village, with a renewed vibrant energy, hidden in the southernmost part of the Belgian coastline, known for its Art Nouveau houses and architecture. The village is home to a variety of gastronomic restaurants, it has the largest dune nature reserve in Belgium which you can see from the south terrace, and a fantastic 450m wide beach at low tide which you can see from the west terrace: you will see the sailboats driving and racing at speeds 3 times as fast as the wind, with speeds of 70-90 km/h and more. The De Panne tourist office regularly organises performances, sporting competitions, discovery tours and socio-gastronomic events: check their website for the agenda. If you want a romantic breakfast in the open air, I can recommend the continental breakfast at the beautiful art nouveau Hotel Continental (***) (a 5-minute bike ride to the centre). When you book the penthouse, you will receive an automatic email 3 days before your arrival with an information brochure: a manual for the appliances in the apartment, a checklist of what to bring, a list of supermarkets nearby, a list of good restaurants (for all budgets), activity tips, sports, culture, tourism, yoga classes and more.
