Being passionate about our city, we decided to embark on this adventure with the aim of introducing people to our magnificent thermal city and beautiful region. We chose the name "Au Grand Pierrot" because the apartment is located right next to the Pouhon Pierre-le-Grand, and the symbol of Spa's water is called 'Le Pierrot'. Our city is filled with activities and things to discover throughout the year. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we have all these years.

Freshly renovated, this pleasant apartment of over 100m² is located in the heart of the city of Spa, right in front of the magnificent Pouhon Pierre-le-Grand, now the tourist office of the thermal city. No need to take the car to visit the charming city center, several easily accessible parking lots are located around the apartment. 20m from Pouhon Pierre-le-Grand (tourist office). 100m from the Casino. 300m from the Francofolies site. 5 minutes by car from the Spa Francorchamps circuit. 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed and 1 separable double bed. 1 bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. 2 toilets in the apartment. 1 terrace with barbecue and garden at the same level as the apartment.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located at the entrance of the city center of Spa. The Pouhon Pierre-le-Grand (tourist office) is right next to it. The Casino and the new "Bains" are also very close. Nearby, you will find restaurants, cafes, and a charming small square (Rue Delhasse). The thermal baths are easily accessible thanks to the funicular. An indoor and outdoor municipal swimming pool is located 1 km away. The famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit is 7 km away from the center of Spa. The magnificent Fagnes and various springs are also very close. Spa aerodrome is also very close for skydiving enthusiasts.
