Located in the rural area of ​​Malmedy, close to the Fagnes and 20 minutes from the circuit of Spa Francorchamps, the apartment "terrace side" favors moments of relaxation and discovery in the beautiful region of the Hautes Fagnes. The accommodation has been completely renovated in 2019 and is fully equipped. A double room with private bathroom, a separate toilet, a second family room for 4 people with a bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the living area, equipped with a smart tv, and to the terrace on the back of the apartment. A pellet stove allows for a cozy atmosphere for your evenings. A WIFI terminal is at your disposal. For the afternoons and early evening sunny, a garden is ideally located in front of housing and a parking for cars. If you wish to travel more lightly, towels and linen are available at an extra cost.
