Die Alte Schule is lying on the mountain in Alfersteg with a 2000m² garden. We not only have the Häuschen(40m²), but also an apartment(60m²) on the first floor and a stdio on the second floor. Here is a big terras and garden where you could have BBQ as long as enjoying the gorgeous view over the mountains.
I truly enjoy looking after my guests and making sure they have a relaxing and memorable holiday. I love renovating the old school and bringing new life to it, as well as caring for the garden and making it a beautiful place to enjoy. Every day, I go for a walk in the forest with my dog, Beauty—it’s incredibly peaceful and the nature here is truly special.
The neighbourhood is known for its beautifully landscaped surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. Nature lovers will enjoy the nearby river Our, just 200 meters from the old school—perfect for relaxing walks and enjoying the scenery. The location is ideal for exploring the region: Germany is only 2 km away, the town of St. Vith is 6 km away, and Luxembourg is just 17 km from the property. For entertainment and dining, there is a bowling center nearby with a go-kart track and an on-site restaurant, making it a fun outing for both families and groups. As for more detailed information, you can always find the tourist books in our rooms.
