This newly furnished studio is located on the cobblestones of the Flemish cycling classics. Centrally located between many walking and cycling routes. Stay in a quiet area and venture into nature from here. The renowned Oudenaarde golf course is 5 km from the location. The center of Oudenaarde is easily accessible by car or bicycle. Everything is brand new, including shower, bathroom, toilet, kitchenette, sleeping and living space. The kitchen has a sink, refrigerator/freezer, combination oven, kettle and coffee machine. Coffee and tea are always available. You can enjoy the sun on the terrace and it is equipped with a table and chairs. The air conditioning/heater ensures an ideal temperature, both summer and winter. The studio is part of our home and has a separate entrance, accessible from outside. Ideal base as a workplace or for nature lovers, hikers, cycling tourists or avid golfers.
