Recently renovated cottage-style coastal villa featuring three unique holiday apartments, located in an authentic villa just 50 metres from the seafront promenade. Each apartment has its own distinctive interior and combines timeless charm with modern comfort. Each apartment offers one bedroom and accommodates 2 to 4 guests. The ground-floor apartment (4 guests) benefits from a private entrance. The apartments on the first and second floors are suitable for 2 guests. The building is not equipped with a lift. All apartments feature a warm and elegant living area with high ceilings and decorative mouldings, a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish bathroom with a generous rain shower, and modern amenities including HD 4K flat-screen TV, Netflix, Telenet and high-speed Wi-Fi. 🚲 Bicycles are not allowed inside the apartments 📅 In July and August, rentals are weekly only, with check-in and check-out on Fridays
I have a preference for old and authentic buildings. I decorated these apartments with materials referring to yesteryear. It is with great pleasure that I present this unique building a breath away from the seawall. I hope you will have a nice memory of it.
The apartment is ideally located just 20m from the shopping street, 50m from the sea and beach; Baker across the street and Delhaize supermarket about 200m.
