Our house was built in 2002 and is located approximately 700 metres from the centre of Francorchamps and 1.8 kilometres from the famous race track. It offers a beautiful view of the forest. The studio is located on the ground floor of our house and has a separate entrance with a terrace. It consists of a single room with a sleeping area (with beds), a kitchenette and lounge area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The flat is located on the left side of our house and is accessible via an external staircase leading to a terrace. The entrance is via the terrace and the living room. The living room has a small sitting area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The flat can be rented in different configurations, either with three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, or with a single bedroom (the one overlooking the terrace). One bedroom is located next to the living room with access to the terrace. The other two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and are accessible via a spiral staircase (difficult to access for people with mobility issues). A small garden with a hot tub and deckchairs is available for the Suite with Jacuzzi (apartment for 4 people with 3 bedrooms) and for the Deluxe 1-bedroom apartment. We can accommodate up to 10-11 people in our entire establishment.

I work full time in our guest house and with our 3 children and our dog (Zia a Golden Retriever) As a hobby, I walk and run with friends in our beautiful region. I am also involved in various associations in the village.

The area around our house is residential with new buildings, it is quiet and the atmosphere is very friendly. We are located 700 m from the centre of the village where you will find a butcher's shop, a bakery, a pharmacy and several restaurants. Please do not hesitate to contact us, we can make several suggestions. From our house, you will find many walks to do in the woods, on the Ravel, ... I will be happy to advise you on the most beautiful walks to do in our region. Our commune is Stavelot, located 7 km from our house. Known for its famous Laetare (carnival with the Blanc Moussis as emblem), its abbey and its various museums, including the circuit museum. The mythical Spa Francorchamps circuit is only 1.8 km from the house. The village of Coo (with the highest waterfall in Belgium) and the Plopsa amusement park are 12 km away. Within a radius of 10 km, you will find the town of Spa with its thermal baths, the town of Malmedy, the nature reserve of the High Fens and various lakes (Butchenbach, Roberville, la Gileppe). There are also several ski slopes not far from us.
