Two apartements on the first and second floor near of the famous Spa Francorchamps circuit with a capacity of 9 people and 2 babys, perfect for two families. Moderne, luminous rooms, private wellness place, with all coveniences u need to welcome baby.

I'm a passionate of aviation person, particularly of hélicopters, i'm privat helicopter pilot. About trips, I love Canada, I even lived 8 months of my life in Vancouver witch i dream to discover again ! I am delighted to welcome you and make you a good time here in our area, so soon ??

We would like to inform you that the jacuzzi is available only with the La Renaissance 2 accommodation, which can host up to 5 guests maximum.

If you book La Renaissance 1 and La Renaissance 2 together, the property can accommodate up to 12 guests maximum, and access to the jacuzzi is included.

However, if you book La Renaissance 1 only, the jacuzzi will not be available.

For bookings of La Renaissance 1 and La Renaissance 2 together, a €600 security deposit is required for the entire property.

However, for bookings of a single accommodation (La Renaissance 1 or La Renaissance 2), the security deposit is €300.
