“No Catiau” means “My little house” in Walloon dialect. This charming townhouse from 1904 is a protected city landmark located in the characterful Dumont district. The house accommodates up to 8 guests and enjoys an excellent location: the shopping street is just around the corner, the beach is only 300 m away, and Plopsaland can easily be reached on foot or by tram. Please note that No Catiau is an authentic historic house with classic charm. The house retains its original character and atmosphere, which means it is not a modern or newly built home. Guests who appreciate character and authenticity will love staying here, but those looking for a very modern property may prefer to book a different accommodation. As is typical for historic houses, there are several staircases, making the property less suitable for guests with limited mobility. All essential comfort is provided to ensure a pleasant stay. A private parking space is included within walking distance of the house (not directly next to the property). Please note: bed and bath linen are not included, but can be added as an optional extra. A security deposit will be required via credit card.
