Our competent team of dedicated staff ensures your efficient reception at our agencies in Koksijde and Oostduinkerke. Please note that a 30% prepayment is required when making your reservation. If the reservation date is less than 14 days before your arrival, you will be required to pay the total reservation amount before your arrival. Electricity, heating, gas and water are not included in the price of the flat. These will be deducted from the deposit based on consumption within 14 days of departure. You can clean the accommodation yourself before departure or choose to use the cleaning service for a fee. The amount for final cleaning depends on the size of the accommodation. Cancellation insurance is automatically included in the rental price. Bed linen, pillowcases and towels are not included in the price. You will have to bring these yourself. Payment in advance by bank transfer is required. After you have booked and emailed your personal email address to our office, we will contact you for payment instructions.
