SMAK is a completely renovated apartment of 90m² and is located 450 meters from the beach. The apartment is on the first floor (no elevator) and is fully equipped with parquet floors and has a lot of light. Free WiFi and cable TV available. The spacious bathroom has a double sink and a bath. Plopsaland, Plopsaqua and De Panne train station are about 2.5 km from the apartment and can be easily reached by tram. The apartment is located in the shopping street with all well-known supermarkets in the immediate vicinity (open 7 days a week). Nice terraces and wonderful restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The bedrooms are at the back of the building and are very quiet and overlook the Dumont district. The apartment has a large and quiet south-facing terrace (25m²). The beach and the coastal tram are about 450 m away. Extra information: * Bed linen and towels are not included and must be provided by yourself. * A security deposit of EUR 250 is required. The property will charge this at least 7 days before arrival. This is collected by bank transfer. You will be refunded within 14 days after check-out. Your deposit is fully refundable via bank transfer, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. * This property does not accept stag or hen parties and similar events.
