Studio Sea view (Royal ascot) Is located just across the road from the Beach. The Large studio (Around 42sqm) is located on the 7th floor. It Has a large terras (7sqm) with sea view. The Kitchen is well equipped with 2 types of coffee machines, a kettle, a toaster, Oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, salt, pepper and all the essential cooking utensils. The bed will be made ready for you before your arrival. The bed is a queen size (160/200) There is also a sofa bed available. Bedlinnen aswel as towels are included in the price. An iron and ironing board are also available aswel as a hair dryer The studio is located just next to the tram stop "RENBAAN" Which is located just 3 stops from the train station and just 2 stops from the center "MARIE-JOSÉPLEIN" Street Parking information:- - From April 1st till September 31st : 0.75Euro/h and max 4h of parking (High season) - From October 1st till March 31st : 0.1Euro/h and max 1 day of parking (Low season) - The parking regulations also apply to public holidays - Day Parking is also available next door at the cinema “Kinopolis” for a fee of 15Euro/day ONLY SMALL DOGS ARE ALLOWED UPTO 8KG on request and charges apply (30Euros per stay)
The beach and promenade are just over the road - plenty of sunset view restaurants to choose from just around the corner. Tram stop just in front of the door. Supermarket near by. Next door to kinopolis cinema.
