Enjoying the sea? That's possible in Studio 3 in Bredene! Our trump card? A recently renovated and cosy studio overlooking the dunes of Bredene with a separate sleeping corner. Our studio is centrally located and just 100 metres from the dunes and beach. Studio 3 comprises a cosy sleeping area with double bed (1.60m) and enough storage space for clothes. In the living area with compact kitchen incl. dishwasher, there is a sofa bed (1.60m), which allows 4 people to stay in our studio. If you want to enjoy a series or film, you can do so via the digital channels or Netflix on our Smart TV! There is also a separate toilet and bathroom with bathtub/shower and washbasin, as well as a storage room with hoover and shopping trolley. The terrace on the street side has a view of the beautiful dunes of Bredene. We rent out our studio including some useful accessories to start with (e.g. dishcloth, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, roll of toilet paper, hand soap and herbs for cooking). You can always park in the car park opposite the flat. Please note that this zone is always paying! Parking fees can be found on the Bredene website. One or maximum two small dogs are welcome in our studio. Unfortunately, we cannot accept large dogs due to lack of space.
