The other is called "Hautes-Fagnes" with a suitable decor, including a lounge and a separate kitchen. Attention, for the people of big sizes ( 1,90 and more), the kitchen of the "Hautes-Fagnes" house could be cramped given the architectural typicity of the house. Bed linen is not included for the sofa bed (pillow and quilt are included). "Warning : Any use of the accommodation for commercial or profit-making activities (such as prostitution or escort services,...) will result in immediate eviction without refund for unused nights !"
The owner is also a restaurateur (restaurant La Faitafondue in Baugnez Malmedy - Waimes). Her mother tongue is French, but is fluent in German, English and Dutch. The glass of friendship will be automatically offered to you in our establishment for any reservation in our houses of Malmedy.
The houses are located in one of the last oldest districts of the city, quiet and out of traffic, near the town centre, the communal swimming pool, the Movie Mills leisure centre (5 cinemas, party hall, concert hall) and numerous restaurants. The district known for these walks and mountain bike. On one side you have the nearby city centre, and on the other side access to nature and the surrounding woods. A shortcut allows faster access to the Francorchamps circuit. A bakery located at 500 meters is specialized in breakfasts and morning brunch. All museums and tourist sites are within easy walking. Wellness available 200 metres away by reservation. Beware the houses do not include a balcony or a terrace !
