Whether you come here to rest, to move, or to reset — this place invites you to do less, and feel more. For selected stays, this space transforms into an intimate retreat setting, where movement, nourishment and stillness come together in a small, carefully curated experience. A place where you don’t have to rush. A place where you can return to yourself.
Hi, I’m Liesje. I created Saltwater Society from a deep belief that women — and people in general — don’t need more pressure, but more balance. With over 30 years of experience in movement (Pilates & strength training), combined with a strong interest in nutrition, hormones and healthy aging, I guide people back to a body that feels strong, calm and supported. What I offer is not about extremes or quick fixes. It’s about understanding your body, working with it, and creating lasting energy. At Saltwater Society, I bring together everything I’ve learned — strength, breath, food, rest and the healing power of the sea. Sometimes you’ll simply stay here and enjoy the space. Other times, you might join a small, intimate retreat. Either way, you’re welcome exactly as you are.
