A beautiful 2 storey Bulgarian Renaissance architecture style villa with a large garden in the quiet area of Tarfa, 1 km south of the popular summer spot of Lozenets. We're situated within a 3-minute walk from the beach and within walking distance to nearby amenities. Freshly renovated with new beds and few extra personal touches. An independently designed interior over the years to find a humble mixture of Greek, Mediterranean, vintage and simple most of all. The property comprises of one twin bedroom, an en-suite double bedroom, a detached en-suite bedroom with a private entrance and a partially-separated bedroom, part of the living room. There are 4 bathrooms, accordingly. We have a private groundwater source and own filtering system on site, so you'll never be left out in the dry. A well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hot plates, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, sandwich maker etc. We do accept cats and small dogs inside the villa, whereas larger furry friends must reside outside at all times.

The area is mainly scattered with holiday homes, a few tarmac and/or pebble roads to peacefully walk, cycle or drive on. At the Oasis beach (50 metres away) you can enjoy all kinds of beach water sports like jetski, (wind/kite)surfing, kayaking, and more provided by the local rental businesses, unless you bring your own. Or pop in the outdoor swimming pool if the sea is a bit moody. Beach is a 5-minute walk away where you can put up your own parasol. A few steps further there are beach beds and parasols for a day hire, a beach bar and a restaurant. The well-known resort of Oasis offering great spa facilities, from facials to physio, is located just a 15-minute walk from our villa via the beach or the main road. Next to the main entrance of the resort there's a supermarket and a pharmacy. A home-style first class dining experience is to be found a few metres from us at the Vilarte Hotel.
