Lovely studio, 45 square meters with large terrace in Lazur city quarter. Bright and attractive. Close to the sea garden and the beach. Residential area few minutes to the center of Bourgas. Opening to a quiet street. Well furnished with comfortable double bed. Kitchen, fully fitted, bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an electrical stove and an oven, a fridge and a freezer, micro-wave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and and all kitchen utensils. The studio has a large terrace overlooking the street and the sea. There is a convenient store 50m from the building and a supermarket 200m away. Open 06-22h. Bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels provided. Perfect for people who like a city break/beach holiday, but prefer to stay in a central location. The location is amazing. You are within 10 minutes walk (600m) of a sandy beach. Bourgas city center is 15 minutes walk. It is therefore unlikely you will need public transportation. Very important: The space is on the 5th floor (78 steps) and there is no elevator
