Everybody, that wants to relax and enjoy the amazing nightlife of Sunny beach or to stroll in the ancient Nessebar is welcome. Come and visit us - we are here for you!

We are a small family owned business with a great expertise in tourism. Our family built, manages and develops a small Boutique Guest House in the center of Nesebar - the new town. All of our rooms are unique, very colorful and decorated with love. Come, visit us and feel the values that we have built into our family operated Guesthouse.

Boutique Guesthouse 'Sofia' is located only 5 minutes walking distance from the beautiful, long, sandy beach, connecting the town of Nesebar with Sunny beach. Only 15 minutes walk in the other direction and you could reach the old town of Nessebar - a UNESCO world heritage city with history starting from antiquity. Near our Guesthouse are located many grocery shops, nice cafes and restaurants, the post office and bus stops.
