Comfortabe studio partment, 45 square meters with balcony in central location, recently renovated. The best location in Burgas – in the heart of Burgas, only 3 minutes walk to Central bus and rail station. Walking distance to beach. Lots of local café, bars, restaurants, shopping, casino, etc. Modern and tastefully decorated studio apartment. Located on the first floor (stairs only), the space is composed of a big living room with equipped kitchen, dining table, HD TV, air conditioner, sofa bed, drawer, bathroom with shower. There is no cooker and no washing mashine. The studio is on the 1th floor. The area enjoys a variety of bakeries, cafés, bars, restaurants, shopping, casino, etc. Mini market and super markets few minutes walk. Bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels provided. You will not need a car or public transport to visit the best parts of the city. As it's really only 300 meters from the central bus and rail station all the major bus lines stop there.

It is the very center of Bourgas. The area enjoys a variety of bakeries, cafés, bars, restaurants, shopping, casino, etc. Mini market and super markets few minutes walk from there.
