La Casa building is ideally situated within walking distance to 3 beaches and the city center of Primorsko. The Mediterranean-style building with a flower garden is quietly located on the promontory between the North and the South beach of Primorsko. The newly furnished apartments offer a unique over 180 degree view overlooking the sea. The North beach can be reached within 1 minute and the South beach within 10 minutes on foot. Perla beach is located 3 km from the building and can be reached by car in approx. 10 minutes or on foot in approx. 40 minutes. The walking distance to the city center offering stores and shops, restaurants and bars is approximately 5 minutes. All rental apartments are air-conditioned. They are equipped with stylish custome made furniture. Every apartment has a bedroom, a living room, kitchenette, kitchen tools and utensils, as well as a bathroom. There is a large flat screen tv in every apartment and free Wi-Fi. Bath towels are included, Each apartment has a balcony with a unique sea view and a comfortable seating area made by teak tree - perfect for a drink. Burgas Airport is 60 km away from the building. *****************
