Our flat is brand new and has been completed in 2023. It has all the necessary for a great, stress-free holiday, including washing machine, dish washer, over, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and etc. It can sleep up to 6 people as it offers a sofa-bed in the living room. WiFi and 100 international channels are also available for when you just want to relax inside. Otherwise, the development has an amazing, beautiful swimming pool for adults as well as a water slide and small swimming pool for kids. Plenty of convenience stores around as well as a local currency exchange shop next door. Enjoy relaxing holiday in a beautiful environment! P.S.: gorgeous spa in available on site for additional charge!

We are here to help making your stay as adventurous or relaxing as you fish. We also speak a few international languages: German, Russian, Arabic, and Lithuanian.
Sveti Vlas is a VIP village that has been actively developing and growing in the last few years. Full of families and couples, this area is a romantic and tranquil paradise next to the Black Sea. It is very different from Sunny Beach, however that part of the resort can be very easily accessed by car, bus or even walk. Beautiful Marina is located in less than 2 kilometres from Millennium II where a variety of trendy bars and restaurants can be found.
