The building is mere 200 m away fro the biggest and best Aquapark - Aquaparadise Nessebar. The old town of Nessebar is 1 km away - major tourist destination and a UNECSO world heritage site. Also 1 km away is the biggest, busiest and best summer sea resort of Bulgaria - Sunny beach, boosting beach activities, sports, restaurants, bars, discos! No public transport! No easy access by foot to the building - involves crossing a busy highway. Only consider if travelling by car!
