Cozy studio in a quiet part of Primorsko, suitable for up to 3 people and a pet. Located 400 meters from North Beach and 600 meters from Perla Beach. The town center and Aqualand water park are just a 5-minute walk away. The studio features a double bed (160/200 cm), a small extra bed, wardrobe, TV, table and chairs, a kitchenette with stove, dishes, and a washing machine. All furniture and appliances are in very good condition. The building offers a backyard with a well-maintained garden, sun loungers, a sports area, and a barbecue, which can be used during the day or on cooler evenings—ideal for relaxing after the beach.
As a host, I value reliability, cleanliness, and straightforward communication. I personally welcome guests, explain everything important about the accommodation, and am always available in case of questions or issues. I don’t intrude, but I respond quickly if help is needed. It’s important to me that guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. In my free time, I enjoy music and sports.
The area is quiet yet very convenient—everything you need is close by. Two of the best beaches in Primorsko—North Beach and Perla Beach—are within walking distance. The town center, shops, a pharmacy, and restaurants are all 5 minutes away on foot. A unique feature here is that the Strandzha mountain range gently meets the Black Sea, creating a special atmosphere—a mix of sea breeze and fresh forest air. The surroundings offer great opportunities for nature walks, with the Ropotamo Nature Reserve being highly recommended for nature lovers. The Aqualand water park is also nearby, ideal for families with children. The area is peaceful, without noisy bars or nightlife.
