Must-know information for guests at this property

We have a seawall and access to the water is limited, perfect for sunbathing, relaxation, and enjoying the ocean and just 600 yards from shore is the Belize Barrier Reef Reserve.

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the guest experience, the Reef House Pool - one of the resort's three swimming pools - will undergo renovations from September 15, 2026 - October 31, 2026. The pool will reopen on November 1, 2026. During this time, guests will continue to enjoy full access to our Resort Pool with swim-up bar, as well as the adults-only suspended Vista Rooftop Pool.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
