Access to the room is via the garage with a remote control. The guest has access to the front yard without any interference. There is free street parking on the opposite side of the street. Easy access to bus routes and to Uber/taxi services. During your stay, I can be reached via call or text. This is a newly built home with my family within the property. A thorough cleaning is done after every guest's stay. Entry & Exit is through the garage; therefore you will be given a remote control for your smooth access and self-check in. Heating system is Electric baseboard. No kitchenette/kitchen items. No smoking/vaping. No pets.
