I Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Kitchen, living room, Central AC , an entire suite with separate entrance. This is a one bedroom basement suite in a newer home. Walking distance to Abbotsford General Hospital and Cultus Lake Park, UFV is about 10 minutes drive and HWY1 is less than 5 minutes. Central location with having Save on Food, Freshco, London Drugs and Seven Oaks Mall for 5 minutes drive.
Hosting over 5 years on Vrbo and Abnb.
