I am a grandmother of 2 beautiful children and I have 3 beautiful dogs who are not allowed to roam on the property, they are never lose. Their names are Murphy, Zoe and Luna and all are very friendly.

Property info

It’s a very private place with a bbq and fire pit available for use. No smoking allowed in the apartment but allowed on the property. There is no set quiet time. This is a 1 bedroom loft and after 2 people there will be a charge per person per night (4 person max).I would like to let you know that there are stairs so if you have mobility issues maybe not an option as there are 15 steps.

Neighborhood info

It’s a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are the most friendliest people you could ever meet< true Cape Bretoners! Lots of local hidden trails to be enjoyed. Heritage is a great experience around here.
